Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of sale from our website(s).
1. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this site.
2. We agree to sell you the goods for the price stated.
3. In the case of retail purchases, the Company will only ship to locations listed on the checkout page and other locations at the Company's discretion. The Company will not be responsible for delivering goods where the address entered is incorrect or incomplete. The Company reserves the right to deduct a fee when refunding orders placed where delivery is outside of the areas allowed, or if the Company deems the order to have been placed in bad faith, in order to recover any direct costs incurred in making the refund.
4. Where goods are returned to us after delivery has been attempted, but has failed, such goods will be held for a period of 90 days. If these goods are not claimed within this period they will be sold to defray re-stocking and handling costs.
5. Goods are subject to availability and if we cannot supply them we will inform you and you will be given a full refund.
6. The goods are sold at the price as stated on the website, at the date we receive the order from you. If we find a pricing error on our website we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity, if you wish, of reconfirming your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we cannot contact you we will cancel the order. If you decide to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will be given a full refund.
7. Delivery charges are as stated on the website. Though every effort will be made to have the goods delivered by the date shown during the order process, this date is only an estimate as delivery is reliant on parties outside of our control.
8. All customs duties and taxes, where payable, are for your account.

11. Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
