Faulty Goods If you receive faulty goods you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. You can report any faulty goods to us by using the following email address: info@bsuretesting.co.uk.

We will refund you in full including the cost incurred by you in returning the faulty goods.
Other returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item to us for a full refund of the cost of the goods. You have 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods to notify us of your wish to cancel the contract. This notification needs to be in writing and can be made by writing to us at bSure Testing Limited,

Please return the item to us within 7 days from the date of cancellation and ensure that you return the goods to us in their original condition. If you are unable to return the goods to us within this period then please inform us of this fact by using the following email address info@bsuretesting.co.uk.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for products that have been removed from their protective sealed packaging.
You must bear any postage costs in returning the goods to us, however, if they are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund. We highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure that the goods reach us.
When returning goods from outside the EU, please state clearly on the package that it contains 'RETURNED GOODS'.
All refunds will be made within 30 days.

Our Other returns policy does not apply to:
a) trade customers b) orders where goods have been supplied to the customer's specifications
