| How it works |

The bSure Building Material Sampling Kit is a self contained kit that provides you with everything you need to take the samples and then get them tested by a UKAS labratory. Here's how it works:

1. Purchase a bSure Building Materials Sampling Kit. Call 020 7264 1010.
2. Your order will be dispatched the same day by first class post. A guaranteed before 10am the next day is available at an extra cost.
3. When you receive the kit, read the instructions and follow the guidelines.
4. Use the protective equipment supplied to take the samples. Then dispose of this equipment responsibly using the bag and seal provided.
5. Complete the simple form, pop it in the pre-paid mailer along with the double-bagged samples and put it in the nearest post box
6. In 48 hours or less you will be notified by email and/or SMS text message that the results* are available to view securely online. A results certificate is also attached to your email.
7. Log-in to the Website and review and download results.
The bSure Building Materials Analysis Service is currently available to customers in the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland). |

* All tests are carried out by a UKAS certified laboratory. Method of Assessment: based on information in Asbestosis Research Council Technical Note 3, and the use of polarising Light Microscopy and McCrone Dispersion Staining in accordance with MDHS 77.
(Please Note: Bulk sampling of asbestos is potentially hazardous and ideally should by competent individuals who have received the appropriate level of training. It is recommended that all protective clothing provided is worn and that guidelines are followed at all times.) |
